Ben Wilcock & The Jelly Rolls

Ben Wilcock and The Jelly Rolls are a trio that bridges the gap between the golden era of swing and the sharp edge of contemporary jazz. Led by pianist Ben Wilcock, the group has earned international acclaim for their "infectious" energy and a sound that is both historically grounded and restlessly inventive.

The Jelly Rolls are best known for their sophisticated reimagining of the stride piano tradition, infused with cinematic arrangements and a modern rhythmic drive. Their performances, including celebrated appearances at the Edinburgh Jazz Festival, have been hailed for their technical brilliance and sheer sense of play.
